Today's people have more free time thanks to advances in technology, communications, and transportation, and travel is now seen as a necessity, not a luxury (Karakan and Birdir, 2023). This change in consumer behavior becomes an opportunity for the destination to develop a destination to meet its needs and desires. The purpose and formula of this research is to analyze and prove: (1) the significant influence of tourist motivation on novelty seeking. (2) the significant impact of destination image on novellity seeking, (3) the impact of tourism motivation upon revisit intention., (4) the significant effect of destination picture on revisit intent. (5) the significant effects of noveltys seeking on revisite intention. Research locations at tourist destinations Edum park Jl. Grujugan No.RT.03, Grujugana, Bantul, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special District. Data collection techniques using Google forms. Sample with criteria of tourists who are visiting a maximum of 1 time with a total sample of 131 tourists. Analysis techniques using Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) operated using AMOS applications. The conclusion is that (1) tourist motivation has a significant influence on the novelty seeking. (2) destination image has a major influence upon the Novelty Seeking. (3) tourist motivation has a substantial influence over the Revisit intention. (4) Destination image has an important influence in relation to the Revit Intent. Edum Park destination manager to ensure the variety and quality of the tour packages offered so that it can attract tourists (pull motivation) and give a positive image. This will eventually generate a desire for consumers to find new things so that tourists want to visit again.
